Au Mexique, au XVI ème siècle, une indigène et un espagnol ont une relation amoureuse secrète, qui donne naissance
à un enfant. Cependant, un soir, sans prévenir, l’homme arrête de se présenter aux rendez-vous, la femme ignore
la raison de son abandon. Elle finit par découvrir le mariage du jeune homme avec une femme espagnole, et devient
folle de rage et de jalousie. Elle retrouve son fils chez elle, et envahie par la folie, elle l’emmène au lac et le noie.
Quand elle se rend compte qu’elle a tué son fils, pleine de remords, elle se jette à
l’eau pour partager le même destin que son fils.
In Mexico, in the sixteenth century, a native and a Spanish man have a secret love affair, which gives birth
to their child. However, one evening, without warning, the man stops to go to the appointments, the woman ignores
the reason for its abandonment. She ends up discovering the young man's marriage with a Spanish woman, and becomes
mad with rage and jealousy. She finds her son at home, and invaded by madness, she takes him to the lake and drowns him.
When she realizes that she has killed her son, full of remorse, she throws herself into the water to share the same destiny as his son.
