By purchasing a membership, you indicate that you have read and agreed to our Terms of Service detailed on this page. If you have any questions at all about these Terms of Service, please contact us by email before purchasing a membership. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms of Service at any time. If these Terms of Service are changed or modified, a notification will be posted on our site.

Subscriptions, Automatic Renewal and Account Cancellation
Zambombazo memberships are sold as a 3 Month or 1 Year automatically recurring subscription. The only difference is frequency of payment. Memberships automatically renew year to year (for 1 Year plan) or every three months (for 3 Month plan).
3 Month and 1 Year subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the subscription term unless the purchaser cancels their subscription prior to the renewal date. Your renewal price will be locked in at the time of checkout for as long as your membership remains active.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. If you choose to cancel, your subscription will be cancelled on your next renewal date and you will not be billed again. Your account and site access will remain active until the expiration date. If you choose to renew your subscription after it has been cancelled, you will be charged the current listed price for your membership type. We cannot apply older pricing to new renewal purchases.
Account Sharing
Sharing your member login information (username, password) with others is not allowed. Each membership purchased grants access to one individual.
Refund Policy
You may request cancellation of your membership account and a full refund of your most recent payment within 30 days of purchase or renewal.
To request a refund, send an account cancellation and refund request by email, providing your account information and the reason behind your refund request. Upon verification of account details, your membership will be cancelled and your most recent purchase or renewal charge will be refunded to the original payment method.
Use and Availability of PDF Resources and Media
Membership to
Zambombazo grants access to our exclusive, downloadable PDF Spanish classroom activity files. Members may download, print and make copies of our PDF materials for classroom use.
Zambombazo PDF activities may not be redistributed online in whole or in part without permission or consent.
Note that we do not host audio or video resources. Rather, third-party media providers (eg. YouTube, Vimeo, Bandcamp, Spotify) provide media hosting, streaming and embed capabilities according to their own respective terms of use. If any video or audio is unavailable to you, feel free to contact us. However, we cannot guarantee the perpetual availability of any audio or video media resources.
We may periodically review our PDF materials for related media accessibility and relevancy, retiring older activities as we release newer ones, with the goal of providing up-to-date and dynamic resources in a sustainable manner.
