    Our ebooks are pdf documents, files that can be viewed and printed with programs such as Adobe Reader and Foxit Reader.

How do I buy your ebooks with a Purchase Order?

    We now accept purchase orders from educational institutions. Please read the following instructions carefully before submitting a purchase order to ensure a speedy and problem-free purchase.

    Please note that all of our business communication (receiving purchase orders, sending invoices) is handled by email. We do not have a fax or phone number.

    1. Submit your purchase order as an email attachment to administrationATzachary-jonesDOTcom. (Replace the uppercase words with the @ and . symbols. This is a way to reduce the spam emails we receive.) To avoid duplication, please do not send us the original PO in the mail. Please be sure to include the following information in the text of the email:

    a. Name and physical address of organization.
    b. Name and email address of person responsible for receiving and processing invoice. (e.g. Accounts Payable clerk/Purchasing office staff member – cannot be the ebook recipient.)
    c. Ebook recipient name and email address (Our products are delivered via a secure, exclusive download link sent by email.)
    d. Purchase order number

    2. Once we approve your purchase order, we will send out the following emails:

    The ebook recipient will receive an email containing the links to download the purchased ebooks. These links expire 5 days after activation, so please ensure that the recipient downloads and saves the ebooks to their computer as soon as possible.

    A separate email containing a link to the invoice will be sent to the person responsible for receiving and processing the invoice. Please click the “Pay Invoice” link found in that email to access a printable invoice, including the remittance information. Payment is due 30 days from invoice date.

How do I purchase your ebooks with a Credit/Debit card, PayPal account or P-Card (Government Purchasing Card)?

    1. Click on Add to Cart to add this ebook bundle to your order. This will open a secure order form which displays the items in your Cart.

    2. Click on Checkout with PayPal to be securely redirected to a PayPal payment page, where you can pay with your Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Discover card, PayPal account or government purchasing card.

    3. Enter your payment and credit card information and, once the payment is completed, be sure to click on the Complete Purchase button and wait a few moments to be taken to the page where you can instantly download your ebooks! You will also receive an email confirming your purchase which includes the ebook download link, just in case you close the window before the download is complete.
